Once you confirm a trade-in, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label by email. Print it, pack your item securely, and drop it off at the designated carrier within 3 calendar days.

Payment is processed within 7 business days of the Buyback Partner confirming the item's condition. You'll receive a notification when the transfer is initiated.

The Buyback Partner will issue a revised offer reflecting the actual condition. You'll have 3 days to accept or reject it. If you reject, your item is returned to you at no cost.

If your item is deemed ineligible, the Buyback Partner will contact you with return instructions. Return shipping costs may apply if the item does not match your original description.

You can cancel before shipping the item. Once the item has been scanned by the carrier, the trade-in cannot be cancelled.

Perks are credits you earn when your item sells. They can be redeemed as discounts or cashback at participating partner stores. Your Perks balance is visible in your Ealyx account.

Perks are valid for 12 months from the date they are credited to your account. You'll receive a reminder before they expire.

Yes. When your sale completes you can choose to receive payment as a bank transfer to your registered IBAN or as Perks. You select your preference before confirming the sale.

Go to Settings → Payment Methods in your Ealyx account and add or update your IBAN. Changes apply to future transactions only.

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Once deleted, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Any pending transactions must be completed before deletion.

Ealyx uses your data solely to operate the service — including identity verification, transaction processing, and communications. We never sell your data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Check your spam folder first. If it's not there, go to your active trade-ins in the Ealyx app and select Resend Label, or contact support at info@ealyx.com.

Every item sold or traded through Ealyx extends a product's life and keeps it out of landfill. Ealyx routes items to the most appropriate channel — buyback partners for refurbishment or resale marketplaces — ensuring nothing goes to waste unnecessarily.

Items that cannot be resold are routed to certified recycling partners. Ealyx does not dispose of items through non-certified channels.
